Whether or not Mexican food is your “thing” you probably really love a good tamale.
I mean, I don’t know anyone that isn’t down for a tamale every now and then–although finding a good one that’s moist but firm is kind of hit-or-miss.
Heck, I’ve even had, from the same restaurant on two different evenings, one mushy plate of tamales and the other night? Hard as a rock.
Go figure.
But one thing that can guarantee an amazing tamale experience, it’s turning your tamales into Quick Instant Pot Tamale Pie.
Juicy goodness, but firm and, oh, SO TASTY.
And I’m never disappointed.
For real, the pressurized cooking of Quick Instant Pot Tamale Pie makes for firm, but decidedly moist, tamale pi every time.
Plus, it takes just as much time to warm up your frozen tamales as it would to make them in the pressure cooker, so why not?!
Now it’s on you, friend. You have to pin this Quick Instant Pot Tamale Pie so you can find it again next time you’re ready for a super-filling Mexican meal on steroids.

This dish also tastes great using crushed nacho chips instead of the corn chips. Trying adding a Mexican cheese blend to add a little more spice to this dish.
