Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and chop potatoes into quarter-sized chunks.
  2. Place potatoes and water into your Instant Pot (you can use a baking dish or a foil packet--that way you can do several types of baby food cooking at one time, if desired).
  3. Cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Quick release.
  5. Remove from Instant Pot and mash water and potatoes together using a hand mixer or hand masher.
  6. Allow to cool to room temperature and serve!
