(Inside: Way overpriced BBQ restaurants beware–I have made the most amazing Instant Pot Ribs that will blow your mind. Yeah. Now to just figure out how to make those steak fries I like…)
I really love BBQ.
Being a Texas girl, no matter where I go on vacation, I am fascinated by the differences–and similarities between BBQ restaurants.
But when I’m home…I don’t really feel like I should just dish out fifty bucks for a good plate of ribs and steak fries (because BBQ is expensive, friends).
So, I came up with an at-home recipe for Instant Pot Ribs that DON’T TAKE ALL FREAKING DAY.
That right there.
Magic.
In all sincerity, though, it’s kind of magic to just throw your ribs off into your magic pot and have a bajillionty delicious bites of BBQ-awesomness in just a little while.
To say I’m excited about these Instant Pot Ribs is an understatement.
Now if I could just figure out how to make a good, crisp batch of steak fries…
If you’re digging a plate of Instant Pot Ribs, but don’t have the ribs RIGHT HERE…well, this is your chance.
