Instant Pot Corn Chowder

Yeah, you know you're in to soups--you might not want to admit it, but soups are some of the fastest and funnest recipes to both make and serve. This Instant Pot Corn Chowder is no exception. Hearty and warm in your belly in minutes.

  • 1 cup frozen hash browns with peppers and onions
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 pkg 10 oz frozen corn
  • 1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put all ingredients in Instant Pot and stir to combine.
  2. Set heat to High Pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Quick release.
  4. Serve and party on!
