The easiest Italian dish I think I've ever made. Yet one of the most flavorful, too. This Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo Fettuccini is an obsession of mine. I hope I can be buried with a plate of it when I die.
While waiting for water to boil, sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken breast.
In the inner pot, place fetuccini. Add olive oil and just enough water to cover pasta and about ¼ inch over top. Stir.
Add the freaking magic alfredo sauce to chicken. Mix well.
Place chicken on top of fettuccini.
Serve and party on!
Optional: In a baking dish, add chicken to fettuccini, mix well, cover with mozzarella cheese and pop into oven to brown top.
